Some days I had neck pain from walking around looking at the floor or ground and found that going back to the sleeping body cushion or using the table support was such a relief that I really appreciated having them. The first night seemed a bit weird because of the positioning, but after a few nights I adjusted and found that I was getting a good nights rest. The next day we were able to pickup the equipment and got it home to set up. The first night I slept in a makeshift pillow arrangement and woke up so many times due to uncomfortable positioning I thought this is going to be a nightmare.

They were very accommodating, came in,set up the equipment and the equipment was ready to use as soon as Mom returned from surgery the next day. I was very pleased with the equipment as it made the face down so much easier and comfortable.
